Shin Ling Low (they/she) uses a mixture of image-making and sound to create work that empowers people, and creates a sense of belonging and community. A strong believer that art should be a tool for healing and self-reflection, they co-founded Collective 4891 to organize events, workshops, and projects around this belief and to meet other like-minded folks.
